📝Role Description
- Conduct diagnostic audiologic evaluations for adults and children.
- Perform pure tone audiometry and tympanometry.
- Offer expert hearing aid consultations, trials, fittings, orientations, and regular follow-ups.
- Recommend the right hearing aid technology based on clients' hearing profiles.
- Educate clients on proper hearing aid usage, cleaning, and minor repairs.
- Maintain consistent follow-up and gather customer feedback.
